Romaniuk Anatolii - MD, PhD, head of department, doctor of medical sciences, professor.

Romanyuk Anatoliy Nikolayevich is a leader of clinic, doctor of higher category, with 24 years of work experience. In 1984 protected candidate's dissertation under the direction of professor V. G. Koveshnikova on a theme "vascular-tissue mutual relations in the bone system under different modes of motive activity", and in 1992 - doctoral dissertation on the theme of "Morphofunctional violation of skeletal bones in burn victims and ways of their correction". Worked as an assistant to the associate professor of department of pathological anatomy of Ternopil medical academy and during this time conducted scientific activity with practical work in position of doctor of Ternopil regional hospital, city hospitals №1 and №2. Took part in work XV, XVI, XVII European congresses, XX and XXI International congresses of pathologists, VI-VIII Congresses of pathologists of Ukraine, International congress of association of pathological anatomv, National congresses of anatomists, histologists, embryologists, conferences and conventions of pathological anatomv inter-regional and republican.

Prof. A.N. Romanyuk is author of 188 scientific works, 10 manuals, 16 learning-methodical developments and 1 invention. For many years he discharged duties of assistant dean of faculty, and after creation of medical institute - deputy of director from the advanced study. Under the direction of prof. A. N. Romanyuk he took 17 PhD dissertations and executed 3.

                                

Karpenko Ludmila -  MD, PhD,  associate professor. 

She completed her internship in pediatric faculty of the Kharkov medical institute, worked as a doctor in Sumy regional hospital, child's pathological anatomy, the chief of histological separation of Sumy regional oncologic dispensary, forensic medicine chief of separation of general pathology in Sumy regional pathological anatomical bureau. Having a wide experience of practical work, Karpenko Ludmila Ivanovna decided to engage in the advanced study and entered extra-mural graduate school at the department of pathological anatomy of Sumy. After graduation she successfully secured candidate's dissertation for the theme of "Morphofunctional changes of endometrium in working women. Industrial enterprises at the ”Disfunctional uterine bleeding" in the Kharkov medical university in 2002. She is the author of 46 scientific works, the doctor of higher category, 15 years of experience in pedagogical work, and medical experience of 31 years.

                 

Budko Hanna -  MD, PhD, associate professor, head of forensic medicine course .

She completed her internship in Sumy state university, medical faculty. Afterwards she specialized in forensic medicine. She is an expert of forensic examination, clinical studies from graduate school. In the Kharkov medical university she secured candidate's dissertation for the theme of the "Morphofunctinal changes of reparative regeneration of osteal tissue under action of common irradiation and salts of heavy metals". She is the author of 46 scientific works.

                

 

Moscalenko Roman - MD, PhD, DM, doctor of medical sciences, associate professor, deputy Director of the Medical Institute for International Affairs.

He gradutated from medical faculty of Sumy State University (2006). Afterwards he specialized in pathology (2007). He defended his PhD dissertation on the topic "Morphofunctional changes of thyroid gland under influence microelementhosis". In 2018 Roman Moskalenko defended doctoral thesis on topic "Pathomorphological features of biomineralization of soft tissues". He is author of 170 scientific papers (25 of them are in the Scopus and WoS), h-index is 4. Member of European Assotiation of Pathologists (from 2011), Ukrainan Assotiation of Pathologists (from 2008). He has  a medical experience of 13 years.

            

Kusenko Yevhen - MD, PhD, doctor of medical sciences, associate professor.
Kusenko Yevhen qualified with a DenMed (hons) in pathogenesis of dental and craniofacial diseases from the Madical University of Kiev in 2008 and went on to study an MPhil and PhD in Sumy State University. Following a short research appointment at the Department of Pathology, he was appointed as a maxillofacial pathology disease in 2012 and subsequently promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2012. 

Since his PhD, Kusenko Yevhen has focussed his research principally in dental  pathology science, although he has recently identified the translational potential of his work in other fields such as, endodontia and maxillofacial surgery. He is fortunate to work in a multi-disciplinary research area, where molecular and cell biology help to understand the interaction of materials within the biological system, which underlines the importance of an interdisciplinary approach (to both teaching and research) at the materials science-biological interface.

Kusenko Yevhen has been a committee member of the Association of pathologists since 2010 and promotes innovations in teaching to help students better understand the importance of pathology science in dentistry.

                  

 

Lyndin Mykola - MD, PhD, associate professor.

Lyndin Mykola in 2006 graduated with honors from Shostka Medical School and got qualified of paramedic. In 2006-20012 he studied at the Medical Institute of Sumy State University and graduated with honors and got  specialty of physician specialist. Internship was held at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and Sumy Regional Pathological Office (2012-2013 years). In Sumy State University (2013) received the title of Master of professional specialty pathological anatomy. During 2013 worked as a pathologist in Shostka central hospital. From 2013 he studied in graduate school at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of SSU.

Since 2015 he deals with locomotor system, hematopoietic and lymphoid tissue disorders . He is a member of European and Ukrainian Association of Pathologists.
                                              
Piddubnyi Artem - MD, MS, assistant.
Piddubnyi Artem in 2008-2014 studied at the Medical Institute of Sumy State University and graduated with the specialty of physician specialist. Internship was held at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of SSU and Sumy Regional Pathological  Office (2014-2015 years). In Sumy State University (2015) received the title of Master of professional specialty pathological anatomy. 2015-2019 was a PhD-student at the Department of Pathology, SSU. 2015-2018 - pathologist at Putyvl central Hospital. From 2019 - assistant of Department of Pathology.
 
                          
Sikora Vladyslav - MD, PhD, assistant.
Sikora Vladyslav in 2008-2014 studied at the Medical Institute of Sumy State University and graduated with the specialty of physician specialist. Internship was held at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of SSU and Sumy Regional Pathological  Office (2014-2015 years). In Sumy State University (2015) received the title of Master of professional specialty pathological anatomy. Since 2015 is a PhD-student at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of SSU.
          
Hyryavenko Natalia - MD, PhD, assistant.
Hyryavenko Natalia Ivanivna graduated from the medical faculty of SSU in 2005. Internship in "Pathological Anatomy" was held at the Department of Pathological Anatomy at Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, physician-pathologist of 1-st category. During 2007-2010 worked as a pathologist in Sumy Regional Clinical Oncology Center. In 2011 she received a certificate of medical forensic histology expert . In 2010-2015 worked as a forensic medical expert in Sumy regional bureau of forensic medical examination. From 2013 studying in postgraduate school at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of Sumy State University and is writing a dissertation "Morphogenetic features of tumors of the fallopian tubes." Since 2014 works as pathologist at the Sumy Regional Pathological Office.
