Assistant Professor of the Department of Pathology of Sumy State University Anastasia DENYSENKO participated in the 15th International Junior Academy for young pathologists, which was held on July 3-5, 2025, in Bordeaux (France). The International Academy of Pathology brought together about 30 young pathologists from all over the world to improve their knowledge in the pathomorphological diagnosis of tumors of the female and male reproductive systems, the genitourinary system, lung cancer, colitis and other common pathologies.
As part of a scholarship from the Vladimir Totović – Foundation and German Division of the International Academy of Pathology, Anastasiia DENYSENKO presented a rare clinical case of ovarian currents (monodermal teratoma, consisting mainly of benign thyroid tissue).
