Forth Pan-Ukrainian Olympic games in Pathology
6-5 April 2012 Department of Pathomorphology of SSU took fourth members of the Ukrainian competition of Pathology. This year's Pan Ukrainianwas rekord number of participants - 58 students 3-6 courses of medical schools from all over Ukraine came to take part in it. In addition to mass, IV Pan Ukrainian Olympiad in Pathology remembered technological innovations. In creative collaboration with the regional center for distance learning and online SSU-studio competition tasks were "wrap" in the shell of a computer program of distance learning. Each participant was provided Olympiad personal computer to monitor a broadcast job. Supervise the students carried the jury with online studies using webcams that have been assigned to monitor each computer. Among the new Pan UkrainianOlympiad Pathology earned approving reviews task "video section" - mounted video section, accented on the main pathological changes in the body. In the pleasant surprise of the jury, students coped well with the task, why, certainly contributed to placing the training video on the website of the Department of Pathomorphology SSU (http://pathology.med.sumdu.edu.ua). Were also updated tests (two-four correct answers), intellectual competition, focusing on the history of pathological anatomy. Sumy State University made an agreement on cooperation with representatives of the trade mark "Carl Zeiss" - by OPTEK (Kyiv). For the fastest goals by this agreement, the parties undertake to share their available information on aspects of mutual interest, to conduct joint seminars and consultations to develop relationships with third parties in the scientific-technical sphere, inform each other about the results of this activity. As a result of cooperation, Research Center for pathomorphological studies of SSU (Department of Pathomorphology) was present microscope Carl Zeiss Primo Star. In the nearest future scientific cooperation joint seminars, placing the results of research in the "Carl Zeiss today" and in scientific journals, participate in the workshops.
Conducting research on modern equipment will enhance the level and competitiveness scientific results obtained by scientists.
